We, the undersigned, call Hugh Rayner, councilor for Hale and Mayor of Barnet, to resign or be suspended.

He has not denied that he did not declare his interests when sitting on committees and voting on issues that affected him, which is a criminal offence and an abuse of his public office. In addition, the allegations of his unfair treatment of his tenants, which he also has not denied, are unethical and immoral. For these reasons he is not fit to hold the office of councilor and mayor, and he should go.
