It is outrageous that the dedicated and hard working Support Workers of YCB should be forced to take a 9.5% pay cut in addition to all the other changes in their terms and conditions of employment.  We thoroughly support their brave decision to strike against these harsh decisions of the board of YCB.  We condemn the irresponsibility of the London Borough of Barnet, who allowed YCB to be created with a flawed Business Plan that could only cause
