Your Choice Barnet - Care Quality Commission alerted

  Your Choice Barnet family-carers and residents who attended the board meeting on 29 May heard Tracey Lees, CEO of The Barnet Group, describing a recent inspection report of the Care Quality Commission. The inspection, in one of the supported living schemes, found gaps in staff supervision and training, and stated that  “People were cared for by staff who were not supported to deliver care and treatment safely and to an appropriate standard”.
